Women's Circle and EcoNIDRA

As you step over the threshold into Circle space, you will have a sense of leaving the outside world at the door.  You will be met with a warm welcome as you enter the space and your senses will be met with evocative music and the smell of essential oils fragrancing the air. 

As women, we wear many masks and play diverse roles, often absorbing the energies of those around us. Circle serves as a sacred space where you can shed those masks, release the roles, and leave behind the energies you've been carrying for others. It's a place to be witnessed exactly as you are, free from judgment, without any attempts to 'fix' you. We don't offer advice; instead, we trust that each woman present is the heroine of her own story.
