The Sunday Sanctuary Online

The Sunday Sanctuary Is a gentle online gathering held once a month to honour rest, reflection and reconnection to ourselves and the natural world. Our session will start with a Women's Circle, giving you the space to share whatever is most present for you. Think of it is a sacred pause at the end of the week, an invitation to come home to yourself.

Once we’ve bought the Circle to a close, we will move into an EcoNIDRA practice.  EcoNIDRA is where forest bathing meets Yoga Nidra and its a deeply relaxing experience. It’s a beautiful way to close a weekend and start the new week with a spring in your step!

Each Sanctuary offers space to be witnessed, to soften and to remember what your heart longs for. Bring your tea, your weariness, your wonder. All of you is welcome here.
