Online Women's Circle

Thank you for taking an interest in Long Lost Sisters Circle, I’m glad you’re here.

As women, we wear many masks and play many roles, we also carry a lot of other peoples energy. Circle is a special space where you can drop the masks, let go of the roles and leave the energy you’ve been carrying at the door. It’s a space to be witnessed exactly as you are, you won’t be met with judgement and no one will try to ‘fix’ you because we don’t offer advice, you can be your authentic self and celebrated all the more for it.

There are so few spaces for women to retreat too, to be nourished and nurtured in collective care but Circle is one of those rare spaces.

My Circle’s always follow a simple structure:

I introduce myself

I ask you to introduce yourself

There will be some poetry

There will be meditation

There is space for open sharing

The Circle is then drawn to a close

You can share as much or as little as you like, all that’s required is to listen with an open heart. I only allow eight places to keep the space intimate for everyone that attends.
